Empowering neurodivergent individuals, their families, and supporting organizations through innovative programs, strategic social media management, and sustainable living initiatives. We foster personal growth, community integration, and improved access to essential services.

Projects and Partners

  • Colorado Developmental Disabilities Counci

    Hampden Farms, was awarded a 2024 Capacity Building Grant from the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council (CDDC). This grant supported Hampden Farms in developing free and accessible digital media to share the power of supporting and investing in the intersectionality of disability, race, and social/economic disparity.

    The project aims to increase the capacity of families and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to fully participate in and contribute to all aspects of community life, with a service area encompassing Denver County and extending statewide.

  • Brick-by-Brick® Certified Advanced Facilitator

    The Brick-by-Brick® Certified Advanced Facilitator certification offers professionals a deeper understanding of LEGO-based therapy methodology and enhanced playful facilitation skills. This certification enhances the facilitator's ability to deliver high-quality LEGO-based therapy sessions, supporting neurodivergent children in developing social skills and emotional wellbeing.

  • Soil, Shadow and Spirit

    Attendees of the Soil, Shadow and Spirit Retreat Series would likely gain a profound experience of personal growth and community connection through a unique blend of land-based rituals, creative expression, and shadow work. The 9-month program, spread across three retreats, offers Black mothers in leadership positions an opportunity to explore their relationships with power, identity, and oppression, while engaging in practices that connect them deeply with nature and their own inner wisdom.

  • Inaugural member - LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program

    Selected as one of 100 participants, enhancing our content creation and community engagement skills.

    A 6-week incubator-style initiative designed to support and invest in content creators on the platform. Participants receive coaching, resources, and a financial award to help them bring new concepts to life, grow their audience, and engage with the LinkedIn community. The program, which started with a $25 million investment from LinkedIn, has expanded to include creators from various countries and focuses on different themes, such as Technology & Innovation in its second U.S. iteration.

  • REI Co-op X FAAS

    An inclusive product design program for underrepresented communities, combining social activism with entrepreneurship and design.

  • Seed to Sustainable Lavender Project

    A five-year initiative strengthening local food systems and providing agricultural skills to diverse communities.

    Zephrine Hanson joined the Veterans to Farmers program at Denver Botanic Gardens in 2017. Through this program, she became a Self-Care Share Producer and Farmer at Chatfield Farms, and served as an instructor and ambassador for the Garden's Veterans-to-Farmers program, continuing to support and inspire other veterans in their agricultural journey.

  • Hereos to CEOs Grant Award Winner

    Bob Evans Farms "Hereos to CEOs" Grant Award Winner

    The Bob & Dolores Hope Foundation provides critical financial assistance to military families through various grant programs, including the Heroes to CEOs grant, which supports veterans transitioning to civilian careers. This initiative reflects the foundation's commitment to honoring Bob Hope's legacy of service and support for military personnel, offering resources to help alleviate financial burdens during challenging times.

  • Bunker Labs' Veteran-in-Residence Program

    Bunker Labs' Veterans in Residence (ViR) Program is a 16-week business incubator designed to support veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.

Our Founder.

Zephrine Hanson served 8 years as a Air Force photojournalist and has a 20 year background in media communications and public relations. Medically retired in 2004, she began a healing journey, along the way she welcomed 3 neurodiverse children to her already atypical life. In 2016, Zephrine, her husband, and children moved to Denver to continue the healing journey. After completing a life changing therapeutic horticulture farm program for veterans, Zephrine pivoted into the agricultural community focusing on food security and entrepreneurship for underserved communities in the Denver metro area. She is active in several organizations in Colorado that focus on mental health and wellness, food equity, security and sovereignty.

Zephrine is currently creating community wellness and wealth building content on Linkedin as a participant of the inaugural first 100 members of the LinkedIn’s Content Creators Accelerator Program. Her content is through the lense of farming and its many intersections and alignment .
